Easter 2012

We had a great Easter weekend and a beautiful first Easter for Oliver!  Nan and Pap decided to come down and spend the weekend with us, which was awesome!  We didn't get a chance to really mention it before, but they have been such a huge help to us as we are adjusting to being a family of 4.  They were here to stay with E when we were in the hospital for Oliver's delivery and stayed for a week after to help around the house and with the kids.  Thanks, Nan and Pap - we are so grateful and wouldn't have been able to do it without you!

Grandpa also came by for a visit on Saturday.  He stayed with the boys while we went out and ran a few errands, which was also a huge help!  After dinner, we all helped Everett dye his first easter eggs...he loved it!  He didn't really get into using the handy little metal dippers that allow you to retrieve the eggs from the dye without getting dye on your hands - he would just put his whole hand in to pull them out.  Thankfully the dye came out pretty easy, but he had such a great time with the eggs.  We staged a little easter egg hunt in our yard for E after church on Sunday, which he also loved.  The family photo attempt, he did not love, but we at least got one where we were all looking in the direction of the camera.    Hope everyone had a great Easter!

Oh man, there were just too many to carry!
