Time flies when you are having fun! Ryan has been busy working and starting up CrossFit Kent Island and Denee has already been back to work for almost a month now. Everett is talking more and more every day (man, is he funny!) and Oliver is already 3 months old! It is so crazy how Everett's first months/year seemed to trickle by (in a good way), but with Oliver, we simply blink and he's almost a quarter of a year old! Oliver rolled over from his belly to his back for the first time just after he turned 3 months old. We were thinking "he's way too little to be doing this", but we looked back through the blog and, sure enough, Everett had rolled over for the first time about a week after he turned 3 months old. It's kind of amazing how similar there development and growth trends have been. At Oliver's 2 month appointment with Dr. K (we don't go back again until 4 months), he measured 25 inches (the same exact height as Everett at 2 months...and off the growth charts!) and weighed 11 lbs 1 oz (about a pound lighter than E at 2 months). While we thought Oliver looked exactly like E at birth and for the first month, he is definitely getting his own look now. He has way more hair than E did at this point...but that's not saying much!...and it seems like he is going to have more of our coloring (dark hair and dark eyes) although the jury is still out on his eye color.
It is so much fun to see Oliver grow, observe the world around him (especially his big brother), and interact with Everett. We are so blessed to have two happy and healthy little boys and are enjoying every minute of it!
